Just a stab (our companies maintenance has lapsed). Building an A axis head / C axis table machine post. Trouble is the table is set like a vertical XY config but the spindle at A0 is parallel to the Y axis like a horizontal. There's a note in the docs about setting "Angular Offset" to -90" in the Fourth Axis page in PB. Still no go.

My test part has the MCS set center of rotary with XYZ like a vertical. I need the head to move to A-90 then act as a vertical. I added a link to a jpg of the machine setup. Any ideas?

Like I noted, "Just a stab (our companies maintenance has lapsed)".

We're supposed to be back on support this week (snafu in changing vars). In the meantime I was looking here. Of course I can't wait that long <g>.
