I posted a question earlier asking about obtaining a copy of SAE-AMS-STD-2219, and was directed to a web site where I could purchase a 27 page document for $101.  I don't mind paying my fair share, but I have to weld a 1" diameter x .09 thick stainless steel disk to the head of a 1/4-20 hex head bolt per this spec.  I can not imagine what would take 27 pages to explain for this process and since I only have to do a few, $101 for the book is out of the question.  Is it possible for anyone who is familiar with this spec to enlighten me as to the content of the specification?
