Inco Troubles

We are doing some welding on a vessel .560" t constructed out of UNS N08811 material. The vendor built the piece using Inco A but we are having severe corrosion in the welds. We have tried repairs using the same filler and we are having the same problems. We baked it afterwards and we still keep having the same issues. Does anyone have any recommendations? Maybe inco 112?
