Diamond Plate Rubber

Diamond Plate Rubber

Diamond Plate Rubber

(OP)
Hi All--
I am in the process of prototyping some new equipment and have a need for rubber matting with a diamond plate type surface. It will be permanently mounted to a 26" by 5 foot plywood platform.
I have searched the internet for near three days now and made dozens of calls but have come up empty handed.
There are quite a few sites with vinyl diamond plate matting but vinyl isn't great for this application.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

RE: Diamond Plate Rubber

We supply the Mining industry with diamond pattern conveyor belt rollers - -we cover the rollers with 12 mm thick rubber then cut the pattern ourselves with a tool from the tyre industry Not very economical but for the few we do it not worth finding a specialised manufacturer
Call me if need more info

RE: Diamond Plate Rubber

Try a company called Sano Sports International. http://www.sanosports.com/.  They should have exactly what you are looking for.
