Help Documentation search

Hello,

The help function in my documentation files doesn't work. It only says "please wait".
We have 4 pc's with NX5, of which 2 of them the function work and on the other 2 it doesn't.
Does anyone has an idea?

Michel

RE: Help Documentation search

You need to install JRE (Java Runtime Environment), goto www.java.com, and you can download this 15 Mb file and get it installed.

Thank you very much Man2007, it works!

RE: Help Documentation search

After that you may also have troubles with allowing Active X controls. Any annoying message persists in coming up when using IE. A recent post that you may need to search for does explain the settings you need to change to make it desist!

Cheers

RE: Help Documentation search

I have also found the same problem with 64-bit internet explorer, which I think is due to missing 64-bit java plug ins.  Works fine in the 32-bit version running on the same machine.
