Prequalified Moment Frame Weak Axis Single Sided Cruciform

(OP)
I've run into a question that I could use all of your help on.  Do you know if there is any testing or documentation specifically allowing (or not allowing) a weak-axis special moment frame (RBS) connection to a WF column with only a cruciform on one side (only a WT on the side of the moment frame connection instead of WTs on both sides).

Thanks for your help.

RE: Prequalified Moment Frame Weak Axis Single Sided Cruciform

Judging by the extent of effort required to create the ANSI/AISC 358-05 along with the extremely specific nature, I would guess no is the answer.  If for example you have a SMF, I believe you do have the option of demonstrating that your connection (designed accordingly) can withstand the deformation and strength requirements of the ANSI/AISC 341-05.  My guess is it will be very difficult to do with the shapes you are proposing.
