When I insert a file into another one. I get the part I want along with the file name. See picture

OK, there are two things that you need to look at.  First go to...

Preferences -> Visualization -> Names/Borders

... and select 'Off' under 'Object Name Display'.

Also when you perform the...

File -> Import -> Part...

...operation see if the 'Create Named Group' option is toggled ON.

It would appear that you've created a 'Named Group' when you imported what I assume was the drawing border.  Also it would appear that you have the 'Object Name Display' option ON.

Anyway, check one or both of these to solve your mystery.
