UF and NF operating logical

UF and NF operating logical

(OP)
I am designing a WTP to use UF as the pre-treatment of NF
Both of them design at 26L/s of influent flow rate.

The permeate of UF will feed to a Transfer tank and the to the NF system.

Now my question is because The feed rate to the NF is constant rate which is 26L/s as the backpulse and MIT of UF happen, there will be no flow into the trasnfer tank. Then the water level in the tank will drop. At some time, the NF have to stop as the water level in the transfer tank is too low. It will start again when the water level back to the set point.
Are there any way to aviod and NF can continue running without shut down. AS everything the NF stops, it requires the permeate flush from the CIP tank. We don't want to do that
