Advanced Load parameters (Angle)

Advanced Load parameters (Angle)

(OP)
What is the influence of (Angle) in the "advance load parameters" ?
I tried to change it many times for a given displacement-time history applied in the support but no effect!
Would you please help me?

RE: Advanced Load parameters (Angle)

You might check the on-line help. Here is what I found

Specify an angle by which U1 and U2 are rotated from UX and UY in the specified coordinate system. See Applying Acceleration Loads for more information.

The angle field has nothing to do with phase angle in loading, it has to do only with local direction for acceleration loads in time history
