How to extrude to non-planar surfaces

(OP)
Can you extrude to non-planar surfaces in Inventor?  I'm new to the software (typically a Solidworks user) and am running into brick walls when I try to extrude solids or surfaces to non-planar complex surfaces.

RE: How to extrude to non-planar surfaces

Draw the profile you want to extrude. Finish sketch. Hit extrude. select the profile, select To Next, select the target body. Hit OK.
