Greetings,
It has been several years since I worked in a struct.steel shop and I can't remember what the maximum plate thickness that can be bent 90degrees.  Is 3/8" the limit?

depends ... how fast are you doing it ? heating the bend before  ?  what's the material UTS ?  how good are your tools, your people ?

Look at AISC 9th Ed. pg 4-174
I haven't come across it in the 13th yet.  Maybe someone else has.
