I like the new hole,
Is there a way to use the cursor location in active grid with snap to point in grid using the new hole. Without using the advanced point custructor. I want to use multiple cursor locations on the fly .I 'm annoyed to go down in the point cunstructor every time.
thx in ad

RE: cusor location grid snap point new hole nx5 /6

If you wish to select multiple Grid Points as part of a single step you must use the Sketch option with an active Grid.  Our design intention was that the Sketcher be the normal scheme for selecting multiple points as part of a single Hole creation task particularly when there was no actual geometry or 'Snap Points' available (Grid Points are not supported by 'Snap Point' function thus the need to use the point sub-function.

thank you John for your answer.
I tried but I think it could be easier for me to have the cursor location on the normal snap point. The sketch approach is much time-consuming. Set up points fixing them or dimension the points or positioning the sketch. Even there is no hole preview for interactive control. I like to use this workflow: Placing the active WCS on one of the body edge end point, activate the grid with snap point - use cursor location from the top of point constructor bar --- creating the holes with preview on the fly
... is this a dream??

After reading your comment and the posting of my reply, I passed this idea to the group responsible for the new Hole function and I'll see what they have to say about it.
