Dear All,

would you please kindly tell me is it pcactical to have nozzel for PT and PG form vessel nozzel according attached file, please tell me the refered standard.

RE: Take a nozzel for PT and PG from taken nozzel from vessel for LT

1. I would say that there is not a "Standard"
2. The closest you will con=me to a "Standard" would be ISA (Instrument Society of America)
3. It is not normal to Group or Gang multiple function usage from one connection.
4. You will normally see dedicated connections for each instrument

RE: Take a nozzel for PT and PG from taken nozzel from vessel for LT

If your question is whether it is ok to put PG/PT directly on the vessel then yes it is acceptable. It is also common to put these on the vapour outlet line. Usually engineering companies have their own preference based on experience or they follow client preference.

If your question is whether it is acceptable to use single tapping for PG/PTs, the answer is yes. However I haven't seen PG/PT tapping from level gauges (this does not mean it is incorrect!).
