When go into HELP > DOCUMENTATION (it uses Microsoft Explorer) I get a message in a yellow box towards the top of the window stating that Explorer has restricted the file from showing active content ... I then have to click on it to allow the blocked content.
Is there a way to set MS Explorer so that it will simply bring up the Help documentation without needing to do the mouse click thing?

RE: NX5 HELP menu

While in Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced, and under Security, check the box for "Allow active content to run on My Computer"

The Edge... there is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over. - Hunter S. Thompson

Thank you very much for that reply !

RE: NX5 HELP menu

And note that every time there's a Microsoft update, it seems to reset this option back to where 'active content' is once again blocked.  I seem to have to reset this at least 3 or 4 times a year.

RE: NX5 HELP menu

Further to the same problem it is annoying that it doesn't offer a way to allow NX to launch Active X but not necessarily all other sources. In the end it may be appropriate to also have some internet security software  installed on your system or network so that it can be safely done regardless of the paucity of the I.E. Settings.

If you are to use a different default browser you may have more luck. Earlier versions of NX would use my system choice of default browser, (I prefer Firefox), but NX-5 seems to force me to use I.E. So if I have any question related to NX about this it would be about using other browsers.

Cheers
