Any concerns substituting aluminum die cast (JIS) ADC10 or ADC12 for A380.0.  The small part sees 40 psi pressure at 285F (autoclave application).

No, they are essentially interchangeable.  FYI, there is nothing great about A380.0, so don't feel like you are reducing quality.
