opening reinforcement

opening reinforcement

(OP)
Hi,
Could somebody clarify the reinforcement calculations for flued-out opening on top of the elliptical head? The opening formed as a series of concentric indentations which roughly could be described as flued-out (5" dia at the head, 4" dia clear opening and .625" out of the wall). Because of the thin wall (.065") most of the "flange" is outside of the reinforcement limits strictly following UG-37 (2.5*t). Are there any additional rules which could be appied to flued-out stamped opening reinforcement?
Thank you
Alex
