tilde in annotation
tilde in annotation
(OP)
Is there a way to get a tilde (~) into a drafting note? I didn't see anything in the help docs and the usual trick of adding a '$' or '&' in front didn't work.
Still stuck on NX2.

RE: tilde in annotation
Your suggestion did point me in the right direction, I cycled through the fonts I do have and found a tilde in only 3 of the 65 fonts (iso-1, haulpak, and cyrillic). Of these 3, haulpak will work best with the current font I am using. I will just use the font number control characters (<fn>~<f>) to get what I want.
Thanks

Time to move up?
The Edge... there is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over. - Hunter S. Thompson

ewh,
Yes, it is really time to move up - but it is out of my control. Rumor has it we are moving to NX6 'soon', but I am not holding my breath.
