Fatigue analysis

The methods and requirements of ASME B31.3 are not considered sufficient for analysis of piping systems on an FPSO. An acceptable robust nethodolity base on PD 5500 nd DNV classificatin note "Fatigu Strength Analysis for Mobile Offshore Units" has been developed by AMKC (AOGT) for previsous FPSO desing Projects.

What is ASME B31.3 2009 Edition Fatigue Design Method for FPSO? or Use the Method in ASME SECTION VIII DIVISION 2 PART 4 AND PART 5 2007?

What would be the CAESAR II Load Case for Fatigue Design Method for FPSO?
