Hydrogren Peroxide level to sanitize DI piping?

Hydrogren Peroxide level to sanitize DI piping?

Hydrogren Peroxide level to sanitize DI piping?

(OP)
Anyone know what ppm level is a good place to start when sanitizing a DI recirculating system? I have watched our DI service do the sanitization process many times, but I don't know the level of hydrogren peroxide necessary.

Thanks.

RE: Hydrogren Peroxide level to sanitize DI piping?

It varies from 3 to 10% depending upon the system condition and duration between two sanitization cycles. Just take care to keep the fluid temperature below 25C as H2O2 is highly unstable beyond this temperature. Make sure that post washing traces are less than 1ppm.
