Gas Distribution

(OP)

We're doing civil work for a site which will contain a bunch of parks and resaurants.  I've been task with beginning research on gas distribution/demands/pipe sizes/ etc. since we're new to that design.

Can any one advise good reference books and where to begin? Thanks.

RE: Gas Distribution

Its a lot of subject - for general information many countries have a engineering society that issues text book that summarizes general theory, design, local and international legistration and also perhaps subjects like demand.

You should consider using out-of-th-box software for hydraulic sizing due to the obvious QA issues by making your own calculations from scrats when you apperently have little up-front knowledge of the subject.

Best regards

Morten
