Plate material for welded large diameter pipe

(OP)
hello, a query regarding piping material.

I need to do purchase spec for 74" and 65" lined pipe for petro-chemical plant.Pressure is at 345KPag and metal temperature is 260 degC.
My question is how to specify CS plate material.
Is there a similar ASTM spec to A53/A106 for smaller size?

--It boils down to simple math--

RE: Plate material for welded large diameter pipe

If you are buying pipe, why specify plate?  Why not select a pipe specification that takes care of the starting plate; for example, ASTM A672.
