Im having problems with the ISV,get an error message

"Failed to initialize machine tool driver. MTD driver may not be valid.

Ive looked through help menu, Step 4 Mounting the part,  and it says you must ensure that

A machine tool driver exists in the proper directory of your NX installation.

The problem is it doesnt as far as I can see tell you where that directory is located.

I would like to check that we have the driver installed could anyone tell me where its kept please?

Im running NX6
Thanks

RE: ISV

Are you using one of the sample machines? They're all in:
C:\Program Files\UGS\NX 6.0\MACH\resource\library\machine\installed_machines

This has been mentioned many times but ISV REALLY needs some serious documentation help. And not from additional paid for training programs. I work for a small shop. We hoped to get Vericut but cost is the factor this year. That said, I can put together a machine much easier than with ISV. I hope more effort is put into ISV to become user friendly.

We are using models supplied from the machine tool company.
I am aware of location of machine models but dont understand where the MTD is located, basically I need to establish if the MTD is a file located within NX and when knowing its location if Ive got it?

RE: ISV

After quickly posting I do see there is more info now about the sample files with NX6 (I just switched to 6). There are "Newer" machine configurations as opposed to "Older" machine configurations (must be a change in NX6's setup). Mentions machine_database.dat as the location of the configuration files.

Still, a very daunting task for many. I really need to get this going as well.
