Monochrome prints

Monochrome prints

(OP)
Whenever I try to print in Autocad, it prints in black and white. If I print out of Microsoft word or the internet, even Autodesk Inventor I can print colors, it's only Autocad that doesn't print colors, anyone know how to fix this?

RE: Monochrome prints

In cad you need to set up a .ctb file.  Make sure the colors are assigned to what you want them to show up as. (ie. lineweight, linetype) In the monochrome setting most of the colors are set to black.  So when you go to print a red line with monochrome set as your .ctb file the line color will print as black you will need to change it to "color-use object color"
