Drops inn Reinforced Concrete Slab

(OP)
I m in doubt with how to reinforce the slab panel where drop should prevail. For eg; in an interior panel whose 6.3m and 5.5 m sourounded by four columns and four beams, a drop with 50mm has to be introduced parallel to 6.3 m beam and 1.5 m inside.

RE: Drops inn Reinforced Concrete Slab

I guess you have a recess in the slab. Can you sketch the plan and cross section to clarify/narrow down your question.
