Large deformation is one of the major problems during forming process. Could you guys share your method to solve the problem?

The one I have tried is to use adaptive meshing and/or use fine mesh.

You can try Explicit with adaptive mesh domain.
I think there are some examples in the documentation. Search after "forming".
