Just in time, I'm running the '09 update for my company tomorrow night. Was afraid it wouldn't be released.

We're still running 2008 sp4. My CAD illiterate boss is gun shy from the 2008 learning curve. It will take some glowing reviews to get him to believe it is worth upgrading. Has anyone run into any real time consumers in their transition to 2009 like we did with 2008?

Not yet.

Do you have a computer you can use for a test run of SW09? Your home computer? If so, Pack and GO one of your largest most problematic assys onto it (separated from any networked files) and just start experimenting.

There are no more surprise UI changes in SW09. Read the What's New PDF to learn the changes that were made.
