Minimum volume required to register as a pressure vessel.

Minimum volume required to register as a pressure vessel.

I was told there was a mininum volume required for vessel to be registered as a pressure vessel. But I cannot find it in ASME code. Can anybody tell me what the volume is? Where can I find it?

Thanks,

You will find all the needed data on the requirements for PV's in U1 under scope.

Even if you don't meet the requirements as to size, pressure. etc you can still design to ASME specs.
