NX 5.0.5.  I needed to change a chamfer as shown in the attached part file to a variable chamfer that joins the top face to the through hole as shown in the screen capture.   In the screen capture is the set of features boxed in red that we ended up with to complete this task.  When somebody has a minute, can you show me the easier way using the part file provided?

Yes that is beautiful.  For some reason when I was trying the sweep earlier it was choking on the closed loop circle being the guide.  Never used the patch feature before so I will have to learn that one.  Thank you.
