How can I remove the aircutting from cavity mill?

How can I remove the aircutting from cavity mill?

(OP)
Here is a brief summary of my file:
I have 2 solids in the file.
1 represents the stock. 1 represents the final part.
Now, the "bottom" of the stock(solid) is not flat, however UG cavity milling treats it as flat as likely cuts more air than material.

See the attached file.
(Note: attached file is a totally bogus shape I made in about 5 seconds just to illustrate my problem. not to be taken seriously :))

Zlevel profile seems to do what I want, the only problem is it does not rough the excess first...

Is there a way to stop this aircutting behavior?

Thanks.
JAY
