Metric Steel Detailing

Metric Steel Detailing

Metric Steel Detailing

(OP)
Folks,
Would anyone of you be generous enough to share stripped down versions of metric steel details for typical connections such as diagonal bracing, shear tabs and such for reference?

I have never detailed in metric and I don't want to do a soft conversion (1" = 25.4mm) and round up.

Any suggestions/references is much appreciated. Any drawings per BS 5950 will help.

Thanks

RE: Metric Steel Detailing

Check out CORUS uk.  I have all the metric steel sections in AutoCAD if any help.

RE: Metric Steel Detailing

Hi Slickdeals,

I have a pdf file of detailing manual - as per British standards - as per BS 5950 etc. can mail it to you if you want.

Cheers,

Alok
