Tool Palette Images

(OP)
Hi
When I drag a dwg from the design centre to the tool palette the image is too small (not all dwg's just some of them). I have gone into the source dwg and zoomed extents changed the limits etc and re-saved but it doesn't make a difference. Only happens on some of them. anybody know what it could be or what I am doing wrong?
Thanks

RE: Tool Palette Images

The View Options are ok?

Which ACAD-version?

Autocad 2009, Many thanks, read that but still can't understand! The image it should be reading should be large as I have zoomed extents and saved as (with the check box ticked to update thumbnail). When it is viewed in the preview pane in design centre it is large so why is it not when draged onto the palette.

RE: Tool Palette Images

Hmm,

one suggestion: If you make a new tool, only with a line inside, what happend to the image?
