Aluminum 2618 alloy - T6 vs T8 temper

I have an application where it has been determined that 2618 aluminum alloy is the prime candidate material for high fatigue life at elevated temperature.
This decision was largely based upon fatigue data (at elevated temperature) for 2618 with a T6 temper (wrought stock material, not bespoke forgings).
We have found, however, that it is easier in our territory to obtain 2618 with a T8 temper rather than a T6.
Would anyone have any information about, or experience with, using this specific tempered alloy? Is there any information out there pertaining to fatigue properties, T6 vs T8 alloy?
A google search has revealed nothing.
Hoping someone can offer some much needed assistance.

Alcoa produces the alloy, so you could contact them directly and ask for fatigue data. They don't publish data like that, but they do work with customers to provide data. That is of little help when you need the data to select the material before purchasing it, but that is the state of the market.
In general, I don't see why T8 would be worse than T6 for fatigue strength.
