Is it possible to adjust edge strength or thickness in model mode so that I can export 3D views as jpg. with strong or light outlines.

I am creating some drawings for manuals and I need clearer outline of parts.

I could do this in draft mode however there are some features in PMI annotations I wish to use that will not show up in draft.

RE: 3D edge strength

Create a new face style using Format > Style then select Faces Style in the drop-down box.
Select a style to use as the basis for your new one then click New.
In the dialog that opens type in a new name.
On the Edges tab there is a width setting.
Close the dialog.
Now use part painter to apply the new style to your model.
This setting will apply to the whole part.
I suppose you could do individual styles for different faces to give different edge-line thicknesses.

You can also change edge colour with Format > View
