The test panel is used for driving various motor after repair. It is able to drive motor up to 120kW, 460V 3phase. In order to hook up motors to test panel, test panel needs power lead outlet(i.e power socket/plug). Now I am finding provisions manufacturers supplying outlet or any other means.

RE: Power lead outlet

Cavotec make large LV and MV connectors which are very well suited to arduous duty. They're expensive, being primarily aimed at rail, mining, and dockside applications, but they are very well engineered. They also incorporate an auxiliary circuit on a pair of pilot contacts which should be used to de-energise the main circuit before disconnection so if someone tries to pull the plug under load the power is safely interrupted before the main circuit breaks.
