How can I create a baseline percent vs normal work percent

How can I create a baseline percent vs normal work percent

How can I create a baseline percent vs normal work percent

(OP)
I need to compare a real work percent with a baseline work percent. Example
Start   End   baseline start baseline finish  %Real %planned
Oct03  Oct31  Oct01           Oct28           80%     ?

If someone can help me
thanks a lot

RE: How can I create a baseline percent vs normal work percent

hhhmmmmm
Baseline Start and Baseline Finish get populated from Start and Finish at the time we save the Baseline.  Microsoft Project does NOT copy % Complete into a Baseline % Complete column.  Even if it did...wouldn't most of the % Commpletes be 0 at the time of baselining?

You might try this: Instead of %planned, I might call it Expected % Planned.  Then use this formula:
ProjDateDiff([Start date];Date();[Project Calendar]))*100)/([Duration]

Hope this helps!!
