Internal Resistance and voltage fluctuation capabilities of a Fuelcell

Internal Resistance and voltage fluctuation capabilities of a Fuelcell

(OP)
Hi Everybody,
I'm quite a Noob (on this forum and on Fuel Cells) But i would really appreciate to get an answer to my question.
I was asking myself what was the internal resistance of a Fuel-cell(order of idea and comportment with load increasing). I'm more involved in micro wind-turbine development and for us the internal resistance of a battery is a quite limiting parameter. I was just wondering what could happen when you directly plugged a wind turbine power on a fuel cell.Is the fact that the input voltage is varying (from 5 to 50V for example) creating any difficulties to the fuel cell?
I hope to not have gone against any rules on this forum by posting directly this "noob question" but this would really helps me.
Finally if someone knows a great website or some interesting pdfs &co. for basics knowledge on Fuel cell I would be also please to get some!
Thanks for reading!
Have a nice day,
Dodjob
