Utility/Air Compresor Systems Consumption

Utility/Air Compresor Systems Consumption

Utility/Air Compresor Systems Consumption

(OP)
I currently have 2 rotary screw compressors, air dryer skid and a utility and instrument air system on my platform. What is the best way to determine my air consuption ? I currently have figures relating to the coninuous and intermittent usage of my instruments etc.

Some calculations I have seen is uisng usage factors rather than looking overall peak demand etc.

Any advice ?

RE: Utility/Air Compresor Systems Consumption

Measure the cycle times of your compressor/s, they are probably constant speed.  Average this out over the total time.
