ASSOCIATED DIMENSIONS IN DRAFT VIEW

ASSOCIATED DIMENSIONS IN DRAFT VIEW

ASSOCIATED DIMENSIONS IN DRAFT VIEW

(OP)
I manually added some dimensions to a part in draft view. I then saved the part, and exited S-E. A short while later after finishing up some other non-CAD duties, I was able to return to complete the "draft" of my part for release. I opened the draft, and got the message that the part had changed and needed to be updated, including associated dimensions!!! NO CHANGE OF ANY SORT HAD BEEN MADE TO THE PART. Most of the dimensions are now "red", and even some auto-centerlines are skewed!

Do I now face re-accomplishing the dimensions? I've already redrawn... the part because of an earlier minor change to one of the 2 components that should have come forward flawlessly.

Thanks-
C.F.
