Sorry another BOM question

Sorry another BOM question

Sorry another BOM question

(OP)
Is there a function that will allow me to extract a BOM from an assembly? Basically I have many complex assemblies(The manufactured parts all have a manufacturing drawing)I have not yet created drawings for them, and to be honest I may not due to time constraints, I do however need to rip the parts lists out.

Any thoughts, or do I have no choice other than creating drawings for my assemblies?

Thanks
James

Excellent, that first link and just what I was after!
Many thanks

RE: Sorry another BOM question

Right-click your BoM table in the drawing, Save As> Excel file.  This capability has been around a long time, at least since SW01.
