Dear all,
We are in a process of reviewing/rechecking the safe temperature limits about our 'Revamped Crude oil furnace' transfer line temperature(safe)limit.
Any guidance/thoughts?
Material is A106 grade"B"

Review API Standard 530, Calculation of Heater Tube Thickness in Petroleum Refineries. It will provide you with a method for calculating the required tube thickness for a given operating temperature.
