The bar on the right side of the temperature -425 deg F against material ASTM A403 WP 316L will mean that there is a restriction if it shall be used above this temperature. Is this right or was it intended to be on the left, to mean, if used below the -425 deg F?

     That material is definitely used at higher temperatures than -425 Deg F so I think it's a typo in the Code.
