CBC 1607.1 Live Loads

(OP)
Hello All,

I have received a comment from plan check asking to revise the structural calculations, including lateral analysis, for a live load of 125 psf (rather than 50 psf) per CBC table 1607.1.  My question is, what portion of this 125 psf live load needs to be included in the seismic weight. Typically, live load is not included, but if this building is to be used as storage a portion of it needs to be.
