Needed Machine Collet!!!

Needed Machine Collet!!!

Needed Machine Collet!!!

(OP)

Hello,

I am hoping you can help me!   We have some European collets that we want to get here in the states.  We need this collet in a 9.5mm Clamping I.D with Silicone in the webbing of the collet for thru-collant .   Here is as much info as I can give you.

1. Here is a copy of a order we placed from Canada for these collets at one time.

     Actual order was:                 "
Here is the description out of Europe (German) on a 12mm that we bought at one time:    "468E Spannzange 004 Silikon Abdichtung OZ 3469 12mm Bore Orilieb Collet."
The translation is 468E collet with silicon waterproofing

2.  Here is a print (sketch) that I made from a existing collet that will help you with the dimensions of the needed collet (these were taken with Calipers) ? ((See attachment))

3. Here are some pictures of a existing 12mm collet:
((See attachment))

4. We are being told these might be RDO style collets (but not sure)  All we know is they seem to be hard to cross so far!

5. Here is the chuck that this collet goes in:

((See attachment))

Thank you for you help!
