Needed: Circuit for Signal Generator 75W Oscillates at 100Ghz-200Ghz
Needed: Circuit for Signal Generator 75W Oscillates at 100Ghz-200Ghz
(OP)
I am devising an experiment that requires a 75W signal generator in the 100GHz-200GHz range. I am interested in the resonance effects in this region. Could someone please advise me on the circuit design and materials required for shielding for such a signal generator and related safety issues for this design construction. Thanks...

Guessing $lots of money.
Here's one reference.
The goal of this program was a TWT (double comb delay line structure) in the 94-GHz frequency range with an instantaneous bandwidth greater than 500 MHz (tunable within 1 GHz) and an output peak power greater than 200 W in the center of the band (150 W over the band) for a duty cycle of max.
