Terms & Conditions

(OP)
Dear Entrepreneurial Eng-Tippers,

I am looking for a "Standard" set of Terms & Conditions that can be used for contracts in which engineering services are provided.  Does anyone have such an item or know where to look for one?  I need one for an international job.  I'm USA based.  The lawyers I have consulted do not have international "expertise."

TIA

Dear DonPhillips,

Thanks a lot for the pointer.

"Standard" may be a bit difficult to find.  I have some service agreements from previous projects - if you are interested, drop me a line.
