R406A (GHG12) in a Silver King refrigerator

(OP)
The compressor for this refrigerator was originally charged with R12. Then it was retrofitted to run on R406A. Can I go ahead and charged it again with R12 or does it have to be charged with R406A? I know that there are other refrigerants out there such as hotshot, autofrost...etc. that can be used to replace R12 but will they also work on replacing the R406A? Any feedback will help. Thanks!
