When I run my model, the blue line at the bottom only goes half way - is this a big problem?

It appears as though my model has completed its run - tehre is water flowing in and out of my basin.

Any info would be helpful. Thanks

RE: blue completion line

The progress bar shows the fraction of the entire watershed that has been calculated.  When the bar stops part-way, it indicates the presense of downstream nodes that don't influence the current report window(s).  These nodes will be automatically updated as you examine lower parts of the watershed, and the bar will go to 100%
