Adding new materials to materials folder

Hi All

Just to add a bit of realism to a lot of projects I do, Does anyone know of nay websites where I can download and install new materials such as concrete tarmac or even a grassy field to base my items on when I do a presentation

I dont really want the full blown photoworks but just the material spec in the part folder

Many thanks for all suggestions

Clive

RE: Adding new materials to materials folder

Do you need the material properties (Elastic Module, Poissons, Density, etc) or just the textures/appearances for Real View?

cheers

Just the appearance for realview would be good

I do not do anything with the stuff just add it for the image rather than just havibg a grey block called concrete

Cheers

That is strange as I do not see them in mine. Which sub directory do you have concrtete and tarmac in. I am running 2008 Office pro

All best

RE: Adding new materials to materials folder

Stone > Paving has Asphalt and Concrete and others

Organic > Miscellaneous has Grass and others

cheers
