The wall is 27 ft high and I presume it has to be a cantilever 12'' masonry wall(in New Jersey). In addition to axial load due to its self weight, what lateral pressures(wind pressure) need to be considered if I follow IBC 2006 ?
This proposed wall will be an exterior wall only 3 inches
from another existing wall(on adjacent property). The wall
needs to be self supporting under fire conditions .
