I have a drawing (in Japanese) that calls for a surface finish of "SBCr".  The material is Nobinite CD-5 (similar to Invar 36).  Does anyone know what process "SBCr" is referring to?

I was able to figure it out.  It is Black Chrome plating, apparently used often in Japan.  Now I just need to find a spec...

RE: Surface Finish Spec

Good luck.
I have tried searching for their specs and usually hit a wall.
If you work with a China mfg plant, they may have a copy.
